The water pressure and flow can be controlled freely to reach even twice more pressure up to 145m vertical water supply height at parallel shift mode; the flow can be twice more up to 40~50 l/s at parallel mode to achieve the best fire control effect under same rotation speed and according to the requirements.?
These fire extinguishing pump series has multiple working conditions i.e. 2.5MPa max pressure, 1040m long distance water supply and the capacity fitting for three φ19mm water guns’ jetting, especially suitable for the narrow lanes or the firing places where the engines can not approach.
The mid/low pressure water supply system has its unique features, i.e. to be able to do the mid pressure atomizing fire control technology to save the water and protect the engines as well.
The mid/low pressure fire engine features the fixed-point and moving fire controls so as to minimize the loss in fire. This system adopts the electro-magnetic release water-take device solely developed in China to make water inlet automatically controlled and the water-inlet time 1/3 shorter than the state norm.
Double face water inlet/outlet to let 6 water jet guns to extinguish fire simultaneously to form a water screen over large area fire.
The pumps of mid/low pressure and serial/parallel connections made in electromechanical mode feature quick water jet, simple handling and high reliability to realize effectively the combined mid/atmospheric pressure working condition to control complex fire in time and win the best extinguishing time.
The titanium alloy material normally used for space flight employed in the seal of mid/low pressure fire control pump is of high durability.
The impeller of the pump is quite unique since it is made of tin bronze alloy, whose acid/erosion resistances are much superior to other aluminum alloys.
The pump’s rated 3000~3200rpms does not need any speed booster in case working with vehicle engine so as to reduce power consumption and mechanical loss, whose feature is hardly found in fire engines in the world.
Thanks to the cooling/lubrication free functions with its own water circulating system, the pump does not need any cooling liquid and lubricant, which is also unique among the extinguishing pumps in the world.
The pump has satisfactory work continuity, i.e. keep working over 72 hours with sufficient water supply, which has been testified in real fire control events.
